Oval and rectangle framed wall mirrors sold at Lowe's have been recalled due to a potential fall hazard.

According to the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC), the recall involves the Origin 21 oval and rectangle wall mirrors, which were sold at Lowe's both in store and online between October of 2023 and April of 2024 for between $60 and $80 each.

The products were sold in black metal frames.

The rectangular mirrors measure 22 inches wide and 31 inches long and bear model number L1-MH-1647. Meanwhile, the oval mirrors are 24 inches wide and 26 inches long and bear model number L1-MH-1693.

The model numbers can be found on a label on the back of the mirror.

The CPSC warns that the recalled mirrors can detach from their metal plate used for hanging causing it to fall posing impact hazards to users. So far, 15 reports have been received of mirrors falling, but no injuries have been reported yet.

Anyone who has purchased a recalled product is asked to stop using them and contact Huahong Art Home Shares for information on how to receive a full refund.

Customers will be asked to send pictures of the mirror as proof of purchase or arrange a prepaid shipping box. Huahong Art Home Shares is contacting all known purchasers directly to notify them of the recall.
