Tree falls on car, traps passengers in Youngstown
The battalion chief on scene said the people inside the car seem to be okay but they haven't been able to free them because the tree and wires are still lying on top of the vehicle.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Firefighters and EMTs are working to free people stuck inside a car that a tree landed on.
The incident happened on Decamp Road on Youngstown's west side.
The battalion chief on scene said the people inside the car seem to be okay but they haven't been able to free them because the tree and wires are still lying on top of the vehicle.
Firefighters are waiting for FirstEnergy crews to arrive and turn off the power there so they can cut the wire and get the victims out of the car.
Decamp Road is closed in the area.
