CANFIELD, Ohio - Detectives with the Mahoning County Sheriff's Office say a juvenile worker at a lemonade stand at the Canfield Fair was threatened into giving customers a refund on Saturday night.

According to a report, the juvenile worker was working at a lemonade stand around 10:00 p.m. when four men who appeared to be in their late 20s came up to the stand and asked for four lemonades.

Detectives say after the worker made the first two drinks, two of the men grabbed them and ran off without paying. She then made the other two drinks with the other two men paying for them and leaving.

A short time later, detectives say the two men came back and asked for the drinks to be remade. When the worker started to remake them, deputies say the men asked for a refund and the worker told them she could not do that.

At this point, detectives say one of the men asked the other if he still had his Glock on him, to which he replied he did. That's when the worker refunded the men $20 and they left.

Detectives say no weapon was ever brandished during this encounter.

No charges have been filed and no arrests have been made at this time.
