Emaciated dog taken from Warren Twp. home

Jason Cooke of the Healthy Hearts and Paws Project is asking for donations to help with treatment and recovery for a malnourished dog surrendered to Warren Township Police on Thursday.
Warren Twp. Police are investigating the case after the dog was surrendered to officers from a home on Dover Avenue in the township.
The dog is extremely malnourished and needs to be seen by a veterinarian.
The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project currently is providing shelter and veterinary care for more than 70 dogs at its Warren location and desperately needs monetary donations, fosters, adopters, volunteers, and supplies.
