If you've ever been in a situation like this one.

"It was a Saturday night and it was my birthday and we couldn't find anywhere to go to dinner," says Rachael Thomas, owner of PartyOf.

Then PartyOf, an app created by a brother and sister team of Youngstown natives and inspired by situations just like this, may be what you're looking for.

"PartyOf is, what we call, an aggregate search engine and it pulls from Open Table, Resi, Yelp, and Google, and puts all of your information in one place," says Thomas.

Once you download the app and create a login, PartyOf will then ask for some basic information from party size, to the distance from your location you wish to travel, the app even features several filters you can select from. After your selections have been made, the app will generate a list of restaurants that fit your criteria.

"If you have only Open Table, you are only seeing the restaurants that are available through Open Table, but with us, it's almost as if you were looking for a flight with Expedia. Everything gets put in one spot, you get multiple apps, same with Expedia with you getting multiple airlines at one time," says Thomas.

With the app's discovery page, Rachel and her brother Mark hope the app opens more doors to more locally owned locations.

"When you're trying to get in and standing on a street corner going, oh it says there's a small little restaurant that we can get in to, hopefully, that puts everybody on the same playing field," adds Thomas.

PartyOf is available on both app stores and is available in 75 cities and then a 50-mile radius around each of those cities.
