Man indicted on sex charges for alleged conduct with 18-year-old victim in Mahoning County

The indictment states the alleged conduct occurred between March of 2024 and May of 2024 when Turjonis was arrested.

MAHONING COUNTY, Ohio - A man has been indicted in Mahoning County for alleged sexual conduct with an 18-year-old victim.

According to the indictment, 36-year-old Brandon Turjonis is charged with two counts each of sexual battery and gross sexual imposition.

The indictment states the alleged conduct occurred between March of 2024 and May of 2024 when Turjonis was arrested. Mahoning County jail records show he was originally arrested by U.S. Marshals for an unspecified federal offense.

The sex charges were filed in court September 12.

At this time, information on what exactly happened is unclear. 21 News is working to learn more.
