The Pennsylvania State Police are renewing their call for information on the unsolved 1993 homicide of Julie Rae Conway. A $5,000 reward remains available for any information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.

On August 28, 1993, the 35-year-old woman was last seen shopping at the Lawrence Village Plaza in New Castle. She reportedly bought something at a hardware store but never returned home. Her Pontiac sedan was found parked in the plaza's parking lot.

Conway's body was discovered eight days later in a limestone quarry located in Shenango Township, Lawrence County. An autopsy confirmed she had been shot and the case was ruled a homicide.

Despite years of investigation, the circumstances surrounding Conway's death, and the identity of her killer remain a mystery.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about Conway's last known movements or the events leading up to her death to come forward.
