In Vienna township tickets paid by speeding drivers are expected to generate around $80,000 by the end of the year.

That dollar figure is an estimate based on townships of similar sizes.

Vienna's Fiscal Emergency Commission is chipping away at the township's deficit of over 1.3 million dollars.

The township had some significant jumps in line items to pay for fire, police, and the electric bill this month.

That's in part due to some bills like gasoline for the cruisers just not being paid by the township for a few years.

Members will be working on a financial recovery plan.

And the township trustees will eventually have to look at services and numbers of employees it has now, and services it can financially sustain.
