The Ohio State Highway Patrol is still investigating after a man reported being struck by a car while walking along Route 224 in Boardman late Thursday.

Boardman Police, State Troopers, and the township fire department were on the scene of the accident west of South Avenue just after 11:30 p.m.

The man who was it initially said he wasn’t injured, but about two hours later asked for an ambulance complaining of shoulder pain.

The patrol questioned the driver of the car allegedly involved in the accident.
