Two in custody after hours-long standoff in Warren

In a south Warren neighborhood residents say is rarely peaceful, SWAT trucks and armed officers converged on a home along North Feederle SE Friday morning.
Warren police tell 21 News they got called shortly after 9:00 for a man assaulting a woman, and pointing a gun at someone else.
On scene, officers reportedly heard a shot and couldn't get anyone to come out.
Erring on the side of caution, they called in reinforcements.
Crisis negotiators and SWAT teams from Trumbull and Mahoning Counties surrounded the scene.
Finally around 1:30, all three emerged. From his perspective, Joe Dezsi saw one of them.
"And I seen that ram vehicle, he pushed the door open and backed up and did it a couple times...next thing, he came out like this, he had his hands up," said Dezsi.
The end of a tense few hours no one wanted to be part of their Friday.
"I bet you these kids were terrified seeing this going on, those guys with sniper rifles," exclaimed Dezsi.
Warren police have two people in custody, but it's not clear yet if anyone got held against their will or just wouldn't cooperate.
We're told prosecutors will confer about filing charges in the coming days.
