Car crashes into tractor-trailer in Boardman

State Troopers say a woman is hospitalized in stable condition after a car slid underneath a tractor-trailer in Boardman.

BOARDMAN TWP., Ohio - State Troopers say a woman is hospitalized in stable condition after a car slid underneath a tractor-trailer in Boardman.

The crash happened along Southern Blvd. near Willow Drive at around 11 p.m. on Tuesday.

The truck was pulling onto Southern Blvd. when the car became stuck beneath the trailer.

A woman in the car remained hospitalized early Wednesday.

Southern Blvd. was closed in the area until the wreckage could be removed.
