Violent Fugitive Task Force seeking information on two men from Youngstown with alleged ties to recent homicide case

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) is offering a reward for information that would lead to the capture of fugitives from Youngstown.
The Task Force is seeking information on Vincent Marbley and Eddie Winphrie, both are wanted by the Youngstown Police Department and The United States Marshals Service say the two are wanted on allegations of murder and tampering with evidence.
According to the task force, 59-year-old Marbley and 41-year-old Winphrie are alleged to have been involved in the murder of 24-year-old Reynaldo Hernandez, which occurred October 17 in the 2300 block of Bott St in the city.
Marbley is a black male, 5 feet 6 inches, and weighing about 145 pounds. Winphrie is a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 262 pounds.
The suspects have been known to frequent the Cleveland, Youngstown, and Columbus areas.
