Farrell man pleads guilty to drug trafficking, firearm charges

A Farrell man has plead guilty to drug trafficking and firearm charges.
Tyler Cousin, 38, plead guilty to possessing with intent to distribute cocaine on February 3, 2023, and to possessing a firearm.
The law provides for a maximum total sentence of not less than five years and up to life in prison, a fine of up to $2,250,000, or both.
The Mercer County Drug Task Force, Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives conducted the investigation that led to the prosecution of Cousin.
Cousin is scheduled to be sentenced in February, 2025.
