An AMBER Alert has been canceled for a 13-year-old girl missing out of Columbus.

According to the alert, 13-year-old Makenzie Hall of Columbus had been missing since just after 10 a.m. Friday. She has since been recovered as of 6:19 p.m.

The suspect has been identified as 48-year-old Shane Smith (pictured below), who is described as a white male standing at 5'11'' tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.

 

 

 

It is unclear if Smith or anyone else is in custody at this time.
