CORTLAND, Ohio - One lottery player just got much richer after a $50,000 winning scratch-off ticket was sold at a Valley convenience store.
According to a press release, the winning $50,000 Billion ticket was sold at the Circle K store located on East High Street in Cortland. The winner will take home roughly $36,000 after taxes.
Billion is a $50 scratch-off with a top prize of $1 million a year for 20 years. As of this writing, three top prizes still remain in the game.
