CALCUTTA, Ohio - Crews with the Calcutta Fire Department were busy Saturday morning when they rescued a hunter that fell off a cliff.
According to a post on the Calcutta Fire Department's Facebook page, a hunter fell deep into the woods in the neighborhood of Amarillo Avenue near the Beaver Creek Horseman's Camp shortly before 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
Crews say the hunter broke his leg as a result of the fall. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
