YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A section of West Boardman Street in downtown Youngstown is scheduled to temporarily close on Thursday.

West Boardman Street between South Phelps and South Hazel Street will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. Thursday, November 21 and will remain closed for about five hours.

The closure is for the placement of a crane to replace an air conditioner on the sixth floor of Youngstown City Hall.

During the closure, all cars parked in the street will be subject to tow.

Pedestrian access and access to the Youngstown Police Department garage will be maintained during the closure.
