TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH - Saturday, November 23 is International Survivor of Suicide Loss Day, and Grief and Loss in Motion is offering free support groups for people who have lost someone to suicide. 

These programs are provided for free through donations and support from the Trumbull County Mental Health and Recovery Board. 

The suicide loss schedule includes: 

Alternation Thursdays starting November 21 at 6:30 p.m., 10 week, curriculum based program that will focus on grief education and connecting with other survivors of suicide loss. Curriculum book provided. 

Mondays beginning November 25 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., weekly. 

Meetings will be held at 239 Main Avenue, Warren, in the Grief and Loss In Motion Makerspace located inside Triyounity. 

General grief and loss support groups: 

Monday's beginning November 25 at the Eicher Center at Warren Assembly of God from 7-8:30 p.m. This group features a partnership between Grief and Loss In Motion and the Layla Saves Lives organization. 

Mindful Meditation: 

Thursdays, December 5, 12 and 19 at 9:30 a.m. at Thrive 10:10 at 22 North Market Street in Girard. 

Holidays to Healing: 

December 7, at 11 a.m. and December 18 at 5 p.m. at Brookfield Public Library at 7032 Grove Street in Brookfield. 

Wednesday, December 18 at 2:00 pm at THRIVE 10:10, 22 North Market Street, Girard.
