The Blue Jays and Guardians agreed on a deal that sends second baseman Andres Gimenez to Toronto, according to ESPN.
Toronto is also acquiring right-handed reliever Nick Sandlin in the deal.
The Guardians will receive infielder Spencer Horwitz and minor league outfielder Nick Mitchell.
Gimenez has won three Gold Gloves. He stole 30 bases last season and batted .252.
Horwitz batted .265 in 2024, his first full MLB season. The 27-year old is eligible for arbitration in 2027 and becomes a free agent in 2030.
Gimenez is in the midst of a seven-year, $106.5 million deal that goes through the 2029 season.
