Firefighters in Youngstown battled a fire at a house on Youngstown's west side Wednesday afternoon.

The fire happened just before 12:30 p.m. on North Lakeview Avenue. The fire happened on the second floor of the house and damaged the front and right side of the home.

At this time, it is unknown whether or not the home was occupied during the fire or if anyone was injured.
