The PNC Bank building in Hubbard now has a new owner.

According to the Trumbull County Auditor's website, the building was sold to the company MJ2 Holdings LLC for $375,000 on January 10, 2025.

As for what's going into the building, financial service firm Edward Jones will be conducting business in the building.

As it stands, Edward Jones has two offices in Hubbard with one located on Youngstown-Hubbard Road near CVS and another located on North Main Street near the railroad tracks.

Mike Holdford, a financial advisor for Edward Jones in Hubbard, tells 21 News the two offices will be combined into one and will operate in the former PNC Bank building.

Holdford tells 21 News he hopes to have the new office opened by May or June of 2025.

The fate of the other two buildings once the combined office opens is unknown at this time.
