A 30-year-old Southington man has pleaded not guilty to alleged sex offenses outlined in an indictment handed up by the Trumbull County Grand Jury.

Leroy Yoder was booked into the county jail Tuesday on three counts of gross sexual imposition.

The indictment does not give the age of the alleged victim who Yoder is accused of forcing to have sexual contact between January 2024 and October of 2024.

Judge Ronald Rice said that Yoder could be released on house arrest but is prohibited from being around anyone less than 18 years old.

Another court hearing in the case is scheduled in March.
