Mahoning Valley ice cream staple Handle's has introduced a brand-new flavor to commemorate its 80th anniversary.

Customers can try the brand-new "Sticky Fingers" flavor beginning Tuesday, February 18.

The new flavor was developed by Ohio franchisee Bruce Hill and mixes peanut butter ice cream with a caramel ripple, brownie pieces and chocolate truffles filled with salted caramel.

Hill and his wife have developed many other flavors in the past including Vanilla Caramel Truffle, Lemon Meringue Pie, S'Mores and Caramel Apple Ice Cream. He is quoted in a press release saying he is confident that Sticky Fingers will capture the hearts of those who try it.

"Watching guests light up with joy when they take that first bite is truly a special moment," Hill said.

Sticky Fingers will be on the menu for a limited time only beginning February 18.
