A Grove City man is being held in the Mercer County Jail on $500,000 bond after authorities arrested him during a drug raid in Farrell.

According to an affidavit filed by an agent with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office, investigators searched a home on the 1300 block of Roemer Boulevard early Wednesday

Agents say they recovered 43 grams of suspected cocaine, 45 grams of suspected fentanyl, and a loaded handgun

They arrested 36-year-old Deshaun Emery on several charges including drug possession and intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Because Emery has a previous drug conviction, he is not allowed to have weapons and was also charged with prohibited firearm possession.

Emery faces another court hearing before a district magistrate next week.
