A mother and three children have been taken to the hospital following a crash on State Route 82 in Brookfield Township Monday afternoon.

Our crew at the scene saw an SUV with front end damage that appears to have crashed into a street sign at Warner Road. Part of the sign appears to have been sheared off as a result of the crash.

Another vehicle also appears to have sustained front end damage.

Crews on scene tell 21 News one of the vehicles was occupied by a mother and her three children. All were taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure. The other vehicle was occupied by three people, but none were taken to the hospital.

It is unclear what caused the crash at this time. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating.
