YOUNGSTOWN - Frigid temperatures didn’t stop crime in Youngstown early Wednesday.
Detectives are investigating after a man was wounded on the city’s South Side at around 3 a.m.
Police pulled over a car and found a man inside was on his way to the hospital after a bullet grazed his leg on West Ravenwood Avenue in Youngstown.
The officer called an ambulance to transport the victim to the hospital.
Investigators are still learning more about the shooting.
