YSU Global Trustee contributes $320,000 to Kilcawley 'Centered on the Future' campaign

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown State University Global Trustee has joined long list of contributors to the university's "Kilcawley: Centered on the Future" campaign.
Global Trustee Jocelyne Kollay Linsalata has donated $320,000 to the project. According to a news release, her contribution will be directed towards one meeting room and one of the four entrances to the newly-renovated building.
According to the release, this donation brings Linsalata's contributions to the university to more than $2 million. YSU President Bill Johnson is quoted saying her continued support is a testament to her belief in the power of education and her commitment to the future of YSU's students.
"This generous contribution will help ensure that our newly-renovated student center becomes not only a reality, but that it serves as a hub of collaboration and innovation for generations to come," Johnson said.
Linsalata has been a Global Trustee with the university since 2023.
Many others have contributed to the "Centered on the Future" project including the Hynes Finnegan Foundation, the John S. and Doris M. Andrews Memorial Fund, the estate of Richard Zarilla and more.
