The Canfield girl's basketball team dominated Crestwood, 62-37, to capture the Division IV District Championship Saturday at Lordstown High School.

Jenna Triveri led the Cardinals with 21 points in the win. Marina Koenig posted 14 and Carly Fleming added 11.

The Cardinals punch their ticket to the regional semifinal to play the winner of Streetsboro-Mogadore Field on Wednesday, 8pm at Canton Memorial Fieldhouse.

Canfield improves to 23-2 on the season.
