A winning VIP Millions scratch-off lottery ticket worth $20,000 was sold in Niles according to a press release from Ohio Lottery.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28%, the winner will take home roughly $14,400.

The winner purchased the ticket at a Buckeye Beverage in Niles.

The VIP Millions scratch-off has a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of February 24, 45 top prizes remain.
