YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A home security camera captured the moment a man was shot on Youngstown's south side Wednesday night.

According to a police report, police were called to the 3300 Block of Hudson Avenue for a man who had been shot. 

When they got there, police spoke to the victim who identified the shooter as 22-year-old Isaac Bethel and said Bethel shot him while he was staying at his mother's house. 

The man was taken to the hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition.

Video captured on the security camera of a nearby home shows the man believed to be Bethel walking down the sidewalk towards the home. Gunshots can soon be heard.

Following the gunshots, the man can be seen running away past the home with the camera.

Police searched for Bethel and found someone matching his description on Mistletoe Avenue near Glenwood Avenue. Police were able to identify that person as Bethel.

He was taken to the Mahoning County Jail and was charged with two counts of felonious assault. No arraignment info is available at this time.
