An investigation into alleged child pornography has resulted in the secret indictment and arrest of an East Liverpool man on multiple felony charges.

Timothy A. Gregg, 36, was indicted on three fourth-degree felony counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and five fifth-degree felony counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.

According to the indictment, the alleged offenses occurred on or about Feb. 14, 2024, in Columbiana County. The fourth-degree felony charges allege that Gregg had obscene material that has a minor as one of its participants.

The fifth-degree felony charges allege that Gregg had nude images of a child.

Court records indicate Gregg was arrested on Friday and is free on $50,000 bond.

An April 3 court hearing is scheduled for the case.
