TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH - Small business owners from across Trumbull County came together for the Trumbull County Small Business Expo, an event designed to help local entrepreneurs gain exposure, connect with customers, and grow their brands. Hosted by NEO Promotions, the expo provided businesses with a platform to showcase their services while also giving back to the community through donations benefiting Northeast Ohio Adoption Services (NOAS).

For many entrepreneurs, the event was an opportunity to build relationships with local customers—something they say is crucial for long-term success.

"A lot of small businesses struggle to get their name out there," said Bobby Duncan, owner of American Pride Pressure Wash. "This event gives businesses that opportunity, and the turnout has been great."

The expo featured a wide range of vendors, from home service providers to specialty shops. Business owners emphasized the importance of word-of-mouth marketing, social media, and in-person events to attract new customers and establish trust in the community.

Konstantino Fantibis, head of business development at RestoWorks, said events like this are key to raising awareness about local businesses.

“People don’t always know what we do or when they might need us, so having a presence at these events helps build those relationships before that moment comes,” he said.

Nathan Rasmussen, a sales representative with MK Roofing and Construction, said that positive customer experiences often lead to long-term success.

“When you do quality work, people remember and recommend you,” he said. “That’s how small businesses grow—with trust, fair pricing, and strong community support.”

With a strong turnout and positive feedback from business owners, organizers hope to expand the expo in the future, giving even more small businesses a chance to thrive.
