According to court records, a hearing has been set for Monday, March 17 for several plaintiffs who have sued several parties including Yo Properties LLC, Enbridge Gas Ohio and GreenHeart Companies LLC in connection with the explosion.
The plaintiffs include several residents of the apartments that were housed on the upper floors of the building, as well as an employee at the Chase Bank on the lower floor of the building who were injured after the blast and suffered property damage and lost wages.
