A Farrell family says a welfare check ended in tragedy when their dog was shot by a responding officer — and nearly a week later, they say they still haven't heard from police.

 

YPD's Lieutenant Mohammad Awad spoke with 21 News about the investigation saying the family of the three-year-old is not cooperating with police on this investigation at the moment.
