Easter is less than a week away and Keystone Safari in Grove City is getting families ready to celebrate with a very "egg"citing event.

Keystone Safari is hosting its annual egg drop event Friday, April 18 and Saturday, April 19. The event will take place at 11 a.m. and again at 2 p.m. both days.

The Easter Bunny will be dropping more than 16,000 eggs from a helicopter for guests to find on the front lawn. This event is free for the public, but park admission will be required to experience the rest of the park's attractions.

In addition to the egg drop, there will also be a season pass raffle, a kids raffle keeper talks, bottle feeding opportunities and much more.

Keystone Safari is currently open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on weekends only, but will be open daily beginning Monday, April 21. Keystone Safari is home to over 300 animals of about 70 species.
