TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH - AT&T has announced the launch of 1000 new cell sites nationwide for FirstNet, a first responder network that serves Trumbull County.
Trumbull County is among 25 Ohio counties to receive a new cell site for their first responders and is the only county within the Valley to receive this upgrade.
The new cell site should help first responders and essential services in their cellular coverage to maintain a smooth operation in tasks that require it across fire stations, police departments, courthouses and medical facilities.
FirstNet states that these cell sites have been delivered nine months ahead of schedule and utilize the Band 14 spectrum.
