Rise, shine, and get ready to soak up some beautiful weather (with sun protection in mind) - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are shaping up to be the kind of days spring dreams are made of. Abundant sunshine and perfectly pleasant temperatures – could it get any better? You’ll find readings in the 60s on Tuesday, low 70s on Wednesday, and we'll be flirting with 80 for the second time this year on Thursday.

The forecast for the week will be favorable for outdoor yard work and lawn seeding, as spring is here to stay. However, chances for showers and storms are expected to return to the forecast late in the week. You won’t need the umbrella too much this wee,k so let's make the most of it.

As you might have noticed from your apps, rain chances chase our dry time away by Friday afternoon. Scattered showers with some thunderstorms will become widespread while we sleep and continue into our Saturday morning, before high pressure, fair weather, and attempts to break up the cloud deck. The afternoon promises some sun and cooler temperatures. Sunday, we are back, basking in the sun with a warmer afternoon after some patchy fog in the nooks and crannies. Of course, we'll keep you prepared as you plan for the weekend.

Will the April showers bring May flowers as we look ahead to the long-range forecast? We have only had two completely rain-free weekends so far this year! Have a great Tuesday!
