A sun-sational stretch ahead

A sun-sational stretch of weather ahead...with temps warming back into the 70s on Wednesday. There’s a lot to like about this mid-week forecast - except if you suffer from allergies. Tree pollen is at a high level and grass pollen levels are climbing.

Thursday we flirt with 80° for the second time this year with a mostly sunny sky and light winds.

Clouds congest the sky Thursday night with rain chances percolating back in the forecast. A shower could be around early Friday, but more numerous raindrops and rumbles appear to be most likely during the second half of the day. Showers will spill into our Saturday morning before high pressure, fair weather, attempts to peel back the cloud deck by late in the day. The afternoon promises some sun and temperatures cooler than historical averages. We could be sitting in the 40s for a good chunk of your Saturday. Sunday we are back to basking in the sun with a warmer afternoon. Of course, we will keep you prepared as you plan ahead for the weekend.

Will the April showers bring May showers as we look ahead to the long range forecast? We have only had 2 completely rain free weekends so far this year! And the streak continues for the last weekend of April. We will fine-tune the details as we get closer. Have a great Wednesday!
