Part of West Federal Street in downtown Youngstown will be closed to eastbound traffic beginning Monday, April 28.

The sidewalk, as well as the roadway on West Federal Street eastbound will be closed between the Vindicator Square intersection and the Hazel Street intersection for the placement of a crane for the installation of four high rise wall signs on the WesBanco clock tower.

The closure will last from Monday, April 28, until Friday, May 2. Another closure will happen from Monday, May 19 until Friday, May 30.

During the closure, no on-street parking will be permitted in the area.

Detours will be posted accordingly.
