The City of Youngstown is gearing up for the second annual Cinco on Phelps to celebrated Cinco de Mayo.

The event is being held on Sunday, May 4, from 1 to 7 p.m. at the Phelps Street Gateway in downtown Youngstown.

Cinco on Phelps is a free to attend, family friendly event honoring Mexican culture filled with music, food and other activities.

Five different food vendors will be serving authentic food, including:

  • Bre's Patisserie
  • El Vaquero Taco Truck
  • A Fresh Wind Catering
  • Churros To Go
  • Red Rican Food Truck

A number of non profit and charitable groups will be set up as well.

They include:

  • Thrive Mahoning Valley
  • Oak Hill Collaborative
  • AlmaVision Cultura y Más
  • National Center for Urban Solutions
  • Mercy Hispanic Health
  • Promise Community Hub
  • OCCHA, Inc.
  • AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio
  • Youngstown Health Department

There will also be live entertainment and workshops throughout the day from 1 to 7 p.m. You can check out the schedule below:
