U.S. Marshals are offering a reward for information that would lead to the arrest of two people who are wanted in connection with a murder in the City of Youngstown.

Marshals are looking for information on 59-year-old Vincent Marbley (pictured above left) and 41-year-old Eddie Winphire (pictured above right). 

Both are wanted in connection with the murder of 24-year-old Reynaldo Hernandez back in October of 2024. 40-year-old Andre Bailey was sentenced to 39 years to life in prison in connection with this case earlier in April.

Marbley and Winphire have also been identified as suspects in the case and are still at large.

Marbley is described as a Black male standing at approximately 5'6'' tall and weighing about 145 pounds. Winphire is described as a Black male standing at approximately 5'9'' tall and weighing about 262 pounds.

Both are known to frequent the Youngstown, Cleveland and Columbus areas.
