Trumbull County coffee shops to take part in social media challenge for Mental Health Awareness Month

The Trumbull County Suicide Prevention Coalition of the Trumbull County Mental Health and Recovery Board is working with multiple coffee shops in the area to take part in a social media challenge in May to honor Mental Health Awareness Month.
May marks Mental Health Awareness Month which aims to bring attention to those suffering from mental illnesses like depression and those with thoughts of suicide.
Here is how you can participate in this challenge.
1. Visit one of the participating coffee shops listed below.
2. Take a selfie with your drink.
3. Follow Suicide Prevention Coalition of Trumbull County on Facebook
4. Tag the coffee shop you purchased your drink at and the Coalition.
5. Use the hashtag #GoGreenforMentalHealth.
6. Get entered to win a $25 gift card!
The challenge is open to anyone who wants to participate and those who do will be entered into a drawing to win a $25 gift card at the coffee shop where the drink was purchased.

First responders taking part in this social media challenge will be entered into a different drawing and have the chance to have their department win coffee and pastries as a sign of appreciation for their services.
