SUV damaged in crash on Route 5 in Braceville

Drivers traveling along Route 5 in Braceville may encounter a traffic slowdown as authorities investigate an accident.

BRACEVILLE TWP., Ohio - Drivers traveling along Route 5 may have encountered a traffic slowdown Friday morning as Braceville Police investigated an accident.

First Responders were called to Routes 5 and 534 at around 8:30 a.m. Friday after an SUV rear-ended another vehicle.

The front of the SUV was heavily damaged.

The Ohio Department of Transportation says drivers could expect lane closures along westbound Route 5 in the area.

21 News is working to find out if anyone was seriously injured.
