KINSMAN, Ohio - Peter Allen Inn located in Kinsman joined Select Registry: Distinguished Inns of North America (DiRoNA) for its craft lodging as one of only seven Ohio inns to meet the requirements for this recognition.

The restaurant within the inn also earned DiRoNA honors alongside the craft lodging, putting the inn within an even smaller group of just four other Ohio inns to receive the honor.

"We're incredibly proud to be recognized by two of the most discerning organizations in hospitality," said owners Dick and Rhonda Thompson. "These honors reflect our deep commitment to excellence—from every plate served to every pillow fluffed."

According to the media release, Peter Allen Inn is known for its boutique accommodations with period charm and modern comfort, beautiful outside landscape and view, seasonal dining options and curated events for all.

Select Registry is a nonprofit organization made up of 300 different country inns, B&Bs and boutique hotels across the United States that are believed to be the golden standard in craft lodging. It was founded 53 years ago in Greensboro, Georgia.
