YOUNGSTOWN The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a suspect in a shooting in Youngstown.

Marshals are looking for 23-year-old Talawrence Howard (pictured above), who is wanted in connection with a shooting that happened in May. Howard is suspected of shooting at someone trying to flee in their vehicle.

The release does not specify where in the city this shooting happened.

Howard is described as a Black male standing at 6'2'' tall and weighing about 200 pounds. He's known to frequent the Youngstown and Cleveland areas.
