YOUNGSTOWN MS Consultants Inc., a Youngstown-based engineering and architecture firm, has made a $10,000 donation to Lake to River economic development.

Lake to River is a nonprofit that aims to accelerate business and community growth across a four-county region including Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana and Ashtabula Counties.

Lake to River is a network partner of JobsOhio, a private nonprofit organization that intends to deliver investments in better conditions for both employers and employees.

In a press release, Alexa Sweeney, Interim CEO of Lake to River Economic Development, highlighted the importance of collaboration in local communities.

"With partners like MS Consultants stepping up, we can continue building the foundation for job creation, business expansion and sustainable growth across our four counties."

MS Consultants believes this investment will drive competition in the region.
