Two taken to hospital following car vs. semi crash on I-80 in Liberty Township

LIBERTY Two people have been taken to the hospital after a crash on I-80 in Liberty Township Wednesday afternoon.
A dispatcher with the Ohio State Highway Patrol says the crash happened near mile marker 231 of I-80 in Liberty Township. The area is currently closed to eastbound traffic, but westbound traffic is still open to one lane.
The dispatcher says the crash involved a car and a semi truck and the car is in the median flipped on its roof. Two people were taken to the hospital, but the extent of their injuries is unknown.
The Ohio Department of Transportation's (ODOT's) OHGO website says traffic in the westbound lanes is moving at around five miles per hour between mile markers 234 and 231.
Drivers traveling in this direction can expect a 32-minute travel delay.
