Construction underway to replace track at Canfield Fairgrounds
Work should be completed on the replacement project before the fair begins on August 27.

CANFIELD - The Canfield fairgrounds on 7265 Columbiana-Canfield Road is working to restore their dirt track after some special event alterations.
The track, located at the grandstands, most recently was the site of the Outlaw Monster Truck Drag event on July 12.
Fairgrounds workers are using heavy machinery to flatten the dirt back to normal to get ready for their next events.
Work should be completed on the project before the fair begins on August 27.
The Canfield Fair will be taking place from August 27 through September 1.
