YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - In response to community demand, Oak Hill Collaborative is partnering with GreenBoard IT to host another E-Waste collection drive, just in time for the back-to-school season. The event is scheduled for Thursday, August 8, from 11 am to 3 pm at Oak Hill Collaborative, offering a way for residents to recycle unwanted technology.

Community members are encouraged to drop off old laptops, phones, cables and other electronics, whether they are broken, outdated or simply unused. All donated items will be recycled or refurbished to help extend their life and reduce waste in landfills.

New this year, the event will accept printers and televisions for recycling. Due to hazardous components, these items will incur a disposal fee of $10 for printers and $20 for TVs or CRT monitors. Payment for these items is cash only. All other electronic items will be collected free of charge.
