COLUMBIANA COUNTY, Ohio - Fire crews in Columbiana County battled fire and rainy conditions Saturday afternoon.

A car caught fire on State Route 11 northbound, leading to heavy flames and smoke at the scene.

The departments received calls for fallen trees and power lines after severe weather moved through the area.

St. Clair Township Police blocked off traffic while firefighters from Calcutta and the Glenmoor Volunteer Fire Department put out the flames.

No injuries were reported.
